Alston & Smith has worked to integrate community support, responsiveness and business practices into its culture and how its business operates.
We have aligned with Julie’s Love, a community based organization that offers employment readiness and life skills training to disconnected youth and ex-offenders. Their workforce training has assisted over 75 individuals gain short-term & long-term employment since 2015. Alston & Smith is committed to providing service hours and connecting other professionals that will help with employment workshops, resumes, personal branding and business etiquette.
